I usually never have a problem at this location but there is something to be said about customer service. You are a mail/drop off/pick up facility. The older lady with glasses and longer hair has a nasty attitude. We were shipped a large item from Amazon by their mistake. My husband had to load it on the dolly and bring it to this location. Well while loading this item on the dolly he forget his mask in the truck so I gave him mine. She said you have to have a mask on to be in here. I was by the door. Nowhere close to her. So I gave him the return label and she then repeated it. You have to have a mask on to be in here! I said I heard you the first time I’m going thank you. Then she proceeded to give him attitude about how large the box was. He said he wasn’t sure. She said well we won’t ship anything over 100 lbs. he found the weight on the box and luckily it was 95lbs. Then she said you will have to bring it around here and made him dolly it around the counter to the employee area. All in all this experience could have been more professional and the attitude was totally unacceptable and uncalled for. Again, you are a shipping facility and we were directed to this location by Amazon. If you don’t like your job then please go get another one. You don’t know what people have went through just to drop this item off.

The rudest people I have ever experienced. I had my six lb service animal in my arms and the person behind the counter said to go wait outside no dogs allowed. She needs to be trained in the disability act. My dog never barked or made any noise. She is a certified service animal. I will be reporting the store on Monday. Please take all of your business to the Tillman’s Corner UPS store. The are knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

I was advised to send a 6×9 envelope via ground there was only one price of $20.00 and they offered no other prices, or methods of shipping. When it was time to pay, the girl told me I had to pay in cash. I did not have cash, after the label was printed, and she stated “I mean I don’t know. For whatever reason it is saying to me you have to pay in cash and you can’t pay with a card”. No professional, nothing further. What kind of business doesn’t accept debit/credit cards? Seems pretty off. Train your staff. Waste of a trip.
