I normally only call out employees when they give us excellent customer service and are consistentStaffs were very friendly and helpful with my shopping needs 🙂 I queued outside before entering, and the friendly staff came and ask what I’d be looking for. They all wore masks and provided hand sanitizers which made me feel safe. Beautiful store had a lovely time shopping there.Larissa is the best sale specialist and the store manager I have ever met at any Hermes stores around the world! From Paris to Thailand, Cancun, Germany and Singapore every association was not as kind as Larissa. I’m so glad to have found my new store and such a lovely SA!!
