Love this pharmacy. They know my info and everything flows. Parking can be a nightmare but understand they are part of a grocery store, more people!

I already have a difficult time getting to this Kroger during their Pharmacy Business Hours. It’s literally right next to my gym and I figured it would convenient to knock it out, if I were to be the first in line, and actually get to work on time.A Pharmacy Tech obviously misinformed me when they told me that the pharmacy opened at 8 am. While standing there this morning, there were few, if not several techs, who did not acknowledge the 3 of us customers until 5 minutes after 8 am. While 5 minutes may not be that big of a deal to some people and I may sound dramatic, when you work in the North Fort Worth area, 5 minutes is a pretty big deal when you’re scheduled to be in at 830.Then, once the tech finished up with the person in front of me, he asked me if I was there for the vaccine, to which I told him no and that I was there to pick up a prescription. He then informed me that the pharmacy didn’t open until 9 am. I was highly frustrated and simply walked away.I just need help understanding why the gates opened 5 after 8, the sign in front of me that I was facing stated that the pharmacy opened at 8 and I was denied the pick up of my prescription. If anything, can someone confirm for me that the posted Pharmacy hours on Google are correct since the technician (that obviously works there) that informed me that ya’ll opened at 8, was incorrect.

The first person I talked to was really nice. But…David, a registered pharmacist at this location, is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. When I came up he was picking up the phone to call a doctor’s office and the conversation went like this:David: we have a prescription here without a strength….David: That doesn’t answer my question. Are you listening me? What’s the strength?…David: still haven’t answered so question 1, are you listening at all, 2, what strength?…David hangs up.At this point, I was a little nervous about how our interaction would go.He got peeved at the fact I didn’t give him my coupon when he asked for insurance and was generally perturbed throughout our interaction.I really hope he’s just having a bad day. I can’t imagine Anyone living with that much anger and frustration on a day-to-day basis. Particularly someone who interacts with the public constantly.Prices are good, seems like other people are nice, I have no idea how David still has his job.
