Our fireplace insert has been at the service department in houston, tx since November and every time we call we get the run around like because of covid they can’t get the part and they say they can’t get a hold of the service department now it is Feb. 1st still no fireplace they are suppose to be bringing a new one they said between 11 am to 4 pm it is now 5pm and they have not showed yet, I am beyond mad at this point I just want my fireplace insert and my remote that goes with it since they took my remote when they took the insert in november. Frustrated customer.
