Saturday May 15,2021. My husband and I asked a man behind the counter if he could make a copy for us. Not only did he not look up to address us put stated that we would have to email it to him and laid a card on the counter. I stood there for a while due to him not understanding what I wanted while he talked to another employee. After a while my husband said let’s go it’s clear he doesn’t want to do his job. I do hope this will be addressed due to I will never go back to this location.

Poor customer service and also rude. I went in to send some packages through usps for my business like I do once a week. They were weighing my packages 1lb when my packages are ALWAYS less than 1lb. I told the lady in copy print I wanted to send my packages through First Class Mail like I ALWAYS do and she told me they only do Priority Mail and if I wanted to do First Class to go to the main Office. That’s not right because I’m always able to send it through First Class and pay $3.90 per package at Office Depot. I asked for a Manager and they didn’t want to help me instead they charged me $4.75 per package. From now on I will be taking by business somewhere else.Please DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE DEPOT.
