Purchased pkg of 3 Paw Patrol Masks. Was advised grandson already had same and they were a bit to small so I should return. Did not open.Store clerk after in-depth examination advised he wouldn’t take back because the top was not sealed. (All others on the rack had the same open top.) He pointed out that the masks in the pkg I purchased were in a different order than the one he was looking at on the rack, so “someone”, ie me, must have put them back incorrectly. (I choose that pkg because the first mask was solid navy, so he would have 1 non obnoxious mask available)Apparently then Customer Service at the 800 number is only customer service for online purchases not stores. “Stores have their own policies” with no accountability.
