My trip to Lowe’s on Plano and Belt Line was a great experience. This was my first visit to this location and I will definitely return.The employees were so nice and helpful. I had researched what I needed and had the item number. Even though the number was not found in the system, they knew what I was looking for and where it was located. VERY IMPRESSIVE.They also kindly loaded the items in my car placing plastic on the seats for protection.Love this store and the employees!

The staff is always very helpful but was extremely helpful this visit. My daughter had a piece of her wheelchair break and I need it a part in the staff help me install it and fix the chair. I have shopped at this location for years but this is my first review and I really enjoy this location

Employees just waking around looking for customers to help. Laid back managers that know what is going on and where things are. Multiple check out lanes open and several self checks working… You can tell when a company treats employees well AND makes it easy to do business with. They get my business everytime.
