Our Outlet and Clearance Center offers furniture for any room in your home, available to take home today! Mismatched pieces, as is, returns discontinued and even brand new items! Open Friday-Monday. The Outlet location also houses our Customer Pick-Up, easily seen from the highway! The Pick-Up dock offers scheduled pick up times to help get you in and out as fast as possible. Give us a call and let us know when you will be arriving so we can prepare your merchandise. Non-scheduled pick up wait times may vary and can take up to an hour on a busy day. We strongly encourage you to schedule yours. Our Customer Pick-Up hours are Tuesday – Saturday from 9:00am – 7:00pm.

Lots of options but I only saw two that I’d actually consider. Prices weren’t outlet range in my opinion. Seemed like home store sale prices.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a bed frame, mattress, and mattress cover. The associate said I could not take the mattress cover from the store and it would be delivered.All items but the mattress cover was delivered, and when I called to have it delivered, the store said they would take care of it. The mattress cover was delivered, but Ashley charged me AGAIN for the mattress cover and also put it on my financing, which was another hard inquiry on my credit (!!).I went to the store and was provided evidence that the charge was reversed, so I filed a dispute with the bank. Ashley then declined the dispute.This is all over $45, which is exceptionally petty, but I feel it’s unprofessional of Ashley to charge me twice for an item that they failed to deliver, impact my credit, and THEN fail to rectify their mistake.The incompetence is staggering. Don’t waste your time here.
