Been using Professional Medical for many years. They have always been courteous, reliable, responsive and honest. However all things have an ability to change in life. The last thing I need to deal with while caring for an elderly ill family member is someone with an attitude. One person is all it takes if they’re dealing with the public.

Someone named Karen that’s suppose to be the manager made me feel like she didn’t want my business. I’ve been with this company for about 8 years at the Killeen location. Karen kept lying and giving me the run around about my insurance. I called my insurance and had a representative on the 3 way line with me that also told Karen that her information was incorrect and that they would approve me for new equipment and especially because I have a new doctors prescription and my old equipment is not working properly. I got 5 or 6 stories and Karen kept repeating I can go somewhere else. The discussion was not heated but she made me feel like it was a racial thing and she could care less although my insurance was telling her they will pay for the new equipment Karen kept bringing up old customers in the past that could not and did not get approved. Which has nothing to do with me. Karen is making me pay for people I don’t know. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, CONDESCENDING AND I HATE TO SAY IT BUT SEEMS LIKE SHE DOESN’T WANT BUSINESS FROM MY KIND. You can go somewhere else. Well I am.

I dropped prescription off for c-pap , lady was not very friendly said they were booked up and I would have to come back but that she could get insurance information and billing checked out then make appt and call me to verify for me to come in Thursday but would probably cost me $198.That was last week when I dropped it off. Today is Tuesday still no call, so I called and a different lady answered very rude worse than lady that took prescription, saying they never said it would cost and that they’ve been too busy to get back with me. I told her I would take my business elsewhere. Where they don’t make up amounts out of the blue to charge you and where they treat customers with consideration and respect.
