This was my first time eating at a Panda Express. The staff was fairly impressive. The woman that waited on me was very sweet. She did not have a name tag on so I can’t compliment her on here. I had to wait a little longer than what was told to me via web page, but I didn’t mind. It gave me a chance to watch the well oiled machine in action. The place was pretty clean, but they still have the dining room closed.Now as far as the food… I wasn’t impressed. What I got tasted good, but you don’t get much. It was a little more expensive than the traditional Chinese food places around Cullman. Not too much but with the meager portion sizes it was significant enough to mention.If I was in the immediate area, I would possibly give it another try, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

The orange chicken is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wish they offered soup. They were out of white rice. I got the vegetables they were good.

I was In the drive through, and told them my order was wrong. Travis the manager called me a liar and told me I could Drive back around to re- order the food I was missing even though I already Paid for it. I then just asked for a refund and he told me No and that if I didnt Get out of his drive through line he was calling the cops one me.
