My mother and I were sprint customers for her 10 years. We finally decided to move companies and went with AT&T for the $700 off a new iPhone promotion. Before coming to the Tezel location we went to the Alamo Ranch location and the Rim and we’re unhappy with the service there. However before giving up on AT&T we decided to stop at Tezel location. GREAT CHOICE. We were helped right away and met with solutions only. No problems or headaches. It was a super smooth process and straightforward service representative. Matthew specifically was super helpful and patient. He helped my mom with some issues she was having setting up her phone. And was very helpful when I called in to ask about some other things. Highly recommend skipping the other locations and coming directly here for all of your AT&T needs. Seriously we are very happy with this transition. Way to go Tezel employees!

They call it a fast charger and it takes 3 hrs to charge my phoneMy point is the charger does not work as the employee told me it would…IT TAKES 3 HOURS TO CHARGEHAHA WHAT A JOKE THEY LIE TO YOU…AND SO DOES THE COMPANY FALSELY ADVERTISING THIER PRODUCT..BUT THANKS I GOT A REFUND FROM THE LADY WORKING THERE
