Rude and couldn’t make standard beef cuts that I requested.

Took a hog in Dec 9 2020 to them they butchered him or should I say mauled him into not even the cuts we wanted did not receive all the meat that I paid for I was shorted 25Lbs of meat . When called back I was told to never bring anything back to them again. I am 92 years old and do not feel I was treated with respect and Mr Reed was very rude to me .

I’ll be honest, I had some reservations coming from a different part of the country where working with a butcher is handled very different. I let it play out and was very happy with the outcome. Packaging looks great, really happy with the cuts. Both folks I worked with (I imagine the owners) were very nice and great to work with. Definitely plan on using them again. Only thing I would change is on my end that I wished I had a list of everything I wanted to keep ahead of time so I didn’t forget things.
