Beautiful store and excellent customer service. My wife and I were there for the first time in Oct 2020 and had purchased a pair of earrings. She lost one of them, so I called and spoke with the owner who quickly ordered and mailed another pair to me (Note: Freewheel Pottery does not have a website, so they could of just said to come back to the store the next time we were in town, but instead they went above and beyond to help me out!). Needless to say Happy wife, happy life. She was thrilled when I gave them to her 🙂
Reaching The Soul
I love this store! I’ve been shopping here for years and always find something special for myself or someone else.The beautiful garnet necklace caught my eye after the loss of my father who’s birthstone was garnet.The fact that it was on display with cardinals was all of the symbolism I needed to know that this necklace had my name on it.
