Really terrible. Arrived exactly on time for my inspection. They were also supposed to check a few minor issues, if possible. After 7.5 hours with no word, I called to check status. Horrible receptionist lied about what was done to my car and threatened to keep my car if I did not pay, regardless I had NEVER even hinted that I ever would be so dishonest. I just needed to pick up my car. The receptionist is the worst – an angry, unfriendly woman. The car was not even looked at for the minor issues (too busy with other customers, I was told) and they said it failed inspection.

Bobby and the team are the best. We had a fender bender on our way to our Sag Harbor rental house, and they got us back on the road <36 hours later! It was a minor miracle, and they did it with a smile. Highly recommended

Outstanding Service. I called on a Friday at 1 pm, looking to get a diagnostic on a check engine light. Despite not being able to arrive until 4:30, 30 minutes before they close, they happily did the diagnostic and provided me with recommendations. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, and made me feel like a priority. Highly recommend!
