Guy at the front desk claims they don’t box Amazon returns at all when I have been to this store before and they definitely have. I think he was just being lazy…please get your employees together

This store shipped my 60” inch flat screen smart tv. The box not only wasn’t marked fragile, but the item itself was wrapped extremely poorly. They wrapped the middle but not the corners exposing them. The box arrived smashed in one corner. This is the first time I took the TV out of the box since I moved last year. UPS only covers damage claims for 9 months. Try a different franchise, and maybe you’ll save yourself a future headache…
