A friend recommended this store and we are very glad she did. We walked in and the first thing we saw were exactly the dining chairs we were looking for. They were delivered today and we love them. The salesman was great to work with…not a high-pressure salesman but answered all questions and we were out of there in just a few minutes. When we need new home furnishings we will go there first and they are about an hour’s drive form home.

I received awesome customer service and was able to get good deals on the furniture ordered. However, I ended up having to cancel my order because my delivery date changed from 2 weeks to 2 months with no call or warning of the change until I called the store.. Completely unacceptable. So I changed my 5 star rating to a 1 star. I was told they don’t carry items in store and have to order most things. The wait time for these things are extremely long. Part of good customer service is honestly informing customers and allowing them to choose if they want to wait that long!

We purchased a sectional from here about ten years ago. Amazingly comfortable and still holding up to a rambunctious family. We need to redecorate so we came to look for something new. Ishmael was super helpful and very respectful of the current shopping climate of Covid19. He was not pushy. He was helpful, kind, and understanding. Great experience. The missing star only comes from the lack of reasonably priced items especially for July 4th. We were finding comparables at competitors for lower prices.
