Every employee has been very friendly and helpful except the young blonde girl who seems to be on edge every time I go in the store. A Karen to say the least. As others have written I hope it’s not racially motivated but she has come up to me with no one else in the store 2 times now to harass me about my mask not fitting the right way and getting way too close for comfort, definitely closer than 6 feet from me. I call ahead now to see if she is working or not and if she is I head somewhere else. One time she refused to ring me up but another employee was more than happy to help me and apologized for her behavior. I wonder if the owners know this girl is yelling at customers and telling people to go visit their competitors down the road.

I have been buying from this location for nine years and have spent a bunch of money shopping here. As I was at the check out a few minutes ago two ladies with masks where working behind the plexiglass at the checkout. One of them started saying, “nose, nose, nose” as my mask was fitted right below my nose. So I asked the lady running the register to just let me know what I owe and I’ll leave because my mask is where it is. Then the lady standing by the cashier said, “we don’t have to sell to you”, I said fine, picked up my cash and left. Skips Liquor just got a loyal customer as I won’t be going to this location again.

Cashier very rude would not check us out because my husband’s mask had slipped down below his nose. After he fixed it she still would not sell to us. Unbelievable! Wi never go back.
