The cashier and bagger Bobby had a convo going and I couldn’t get a word in. In the end, I checked my receipt and sure enough he charged me 2x for some baby carrots. The bagger seemed to be a Manager but not sure because of his behavior and instead of correcting Hector he continued to chat with him. I felt like I was an interruption to their ongoing conversation. Last week something very similar happened with a rude cashier and I had to return to the store for a correction. This HEB just doesn’t care about customer service anymore and your time doesn’t matter to them.

I love HEB and I can usually find everything that I need it’s just during the pandemic I have not been shopping here due to the spacing and when it’s busy I cannot stay six feet away from everyone else so I just go to Walmart because they have better spacing
