OKA Houston

  3.0 – 2 reviews   • Furniture store

We are OKA, a British interiors and lifestyle brand with a love of layering unique pieces to achieve timeless looks. We’ve crossed the pond and settled into Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood. In our brand-new store, you’ll find our favorite furniture and décor, seasonal launches and exciting collaborations set in unique spaces. Grab a seat on English-style sofas, create your own bouquet at our in-store faux florist and let The Chronicle Collection guide you in finding invigorating scents for your rooms. If you need to take five after exploring every corner, pull up a chair at the tea station and enjoy a complimentary ‘cuppa’. Our welcoming interiors advisors look forward to showing you around.

Review Summary

Kyle Brazil
Pretty dismal follow-through with respect to returns and refunds. I’ve gotten plenty of rehearsed runarounds and lip service, but still no pick up from the freight company for a return I attempted to initiate a month ago. Their return process is engineered, by design, to delay and complicate any return/refund so that the customer just gives up – and OKA does not have to make good on their promises. I work in interior design and will actively avoid this company moving forward.
