I wanna start my review by saying I know this is not the employees fault, but honestly they should just close and sell online if they are gonna have such extreme covid precautions. I went in here wanting to buy foundation, and was told I couldn’t touch anything. That’s insane to me. I want to match something to my skin tone, but I can’t even pick up a tube of sealed concealer and hold it against my skin. Samples are not out either. I was directed to look at swatches on the IPad. If that’s all I can do, I might as well stay home and order everything online. Employees were nice, but seems like all they do it direct you toward the iPad, and then spray alcohol on the items after you have been in that area. Stick to online shopping.

It’s a little expensive and unfortunately they don’t do your makeup for you because it’s inside of JCPenney. However the staff is usually very helpful for the most part to whatever limited extent that they are allowed to be. I spent $30 on a green eyeshadow palette but my makeup was Poppin and that’s what matters you get what you pay for.

My wife and I went in last Sunday. It was the first time either of us had been here. There was only one young lady working(Athena) but she did great splitting her time between the register and customers. She was extremely helpful and took time time to answer all our questions. Price is definately on the higher end but the products are better than CVS or Walmart. Thank you Athena, we will definately be in again.
