I received a pair of Worx boots for Christmas, tried them on and found that they did not fit. I emailed the store and Mr. McIntosh promptly responded that he would gladly exchange them and help me find a pair that work for me. This morning I walked out with a nicely fitting new pair of Irish Setters! Thank you Hank for your help, otherwise I would have been left with a brand new pair of boots in my closet that did not fit. My wife and I were very impressed with your superb customer service and will be definitely be back!!

Hank and Oscar are great ambassadors of a great boot company. You won’t regret paying a premium price for a premium boot. This is my third pair of Red Wings. My first pair I bought at a thrift store 12 years ago and they are still going strong, just put a little oil on once in awhile and they are good to go. Great job on your 50 years with this store Hank, keep up the awesome work!
