Hands down Congress Clothing has the most original Baylor and Waco-themed designs I’ve come across – nice mix of trendy and traditional options. Printed on buttery soft tees, most shirts run $25-$28. They also carry kids shirts and TOMS shoes plus a small selection of Baylor branded Columbia gear. Don’t forget to check out their Waco gear if you want to rep 254. Customer service always been top notch when I’ve shopped in person or online. This tiny gem is located next to Scruffy Murphy’s but there’s plenty of parking despite the micro strip center it’s located in.

The cutest shop ever! I’ve been looking for a unique, in the corner kind of shop that sells TOMS and other items like that for a long time! Sells shirts, shoes, scarves… You should really check it out! Quality is awesome!
