If I could give 0 stars I would, rude staff, after 4 hours and 3 trips to store to pick up my phone was told my phone was “encrypted “ and my data could not be transferred, I would have to download it myself “from the cloud”. I went to Call Field location today and was treated wonderfully, and all my information was transferred to new phone without any problems. Go to Call Field if you would like to be treated with respect and by very knowledgeable staff, AVOID KEMP LOCATION!!!

People here don’t care about you they just want to complete the sell and get you out of there way. Wanted a mobile Hotspot with 5g and they gave me a mifi 2000 which is the only 5g capable Hotspot but due to my account being on sprint they ended up putting it on the sprint network WHICH IS NOT TRUE 5G and I know this can be fixed bc my new Galaxy s21+ is on the new t-mobile network. No one knows what there doing over there. just finished my order and left as quick and quietly as I could
