Kenny and his crew know tires! As well as anything else related to suspension, brakes, steering…. I really don’t even know their full catalog of services.As far as personal experience, Ive been going to this place since 1996, flawless alignment work, flawless balancing work, the best catalog of tires at competitive prices. I’m convinced that he has the best alignment, installation and balancing techs in the tri-city area. My truck now rides like it is on rails with zero vibration and it sits level now.The only thing that new customers need to keep in mind is this, Kenny Knox does good work at reasonable prices, and everyone in the area knows this, so they are busy thru out the week, the work will take time. Your best bet is to go there first thing in the morning (like 6am) and drop your vehicle off with instructions to call when done. In many cases it will be done by lunch. IT IS 100% WORTH THE WAIT!

My friends were right to recommend Kenny Knox for new tires.. price and customer service. Expected to wait longer than one hour estimate I was given. To my delight the whole process took 45 minutes. Now I can recommend this business.

My husband Jerry Patterson told me of this place for tires he had been dealing with for years. I’ve got to say I was impressed with the service here. We bought 4 new tires. The place is ran very nicely. The owner is very respectful as is his staff. The place is very clean on the inside & outside. They do have alot of business so you may have to wait for a bit. Having a lot of business, tells me one thing, customer service must be amazing. Everyone is well treated here staff works hard to get you back on the road as fast as possible. I had to return with my car a few days later, my tire I thought may be out of alignment. I was greeted kindly, they took my car in & aligned my tires, The owner did tell me that, one of my new tires had a big lump defect in the rubber. He had already ordered my tire before he spoke to me & told me it would be in the next morning by 8 am. To please come back for the replacement. Again, I returned for my replacement. It was put on & all was aligned again. They pulled my car out of the garage handed me my keys. Thank you all so much for your kind & amazing customer service. I told my husband now I see why this place is packed out the door for tire service. I will be a returning customer. Thank you, Donna Patterson
