This location can’t even be bothered to answer their phones. The service is equally slow and detached. Very disappointing to see people just putting in the time and not caring about the vets.

I use this location as a local Primary Care Facility. I have had my primary care physician switched twice without me being advised when it was done. I was in limbo waiting for service review was only then told that the physician had left service at this location. The new primary care physician seems to be okay. She has asked necessary questions I think to get information needed to complete my basic care. Compared to other locations that I have been too, this location is very efficient with time. The staff here seem to care about the job they do and the veterans they help. I have called for needed things and was able to get those things done via this location.

Schedules telehealth appointments, never calls you and then says you attended it. Was on hold trying to get a new appointment for 2+ hours listening to the recorded message about myheath.va.gov over and over and over. They don’t care about vets.
