First I was told I didn’t have insurance when I do. Then after my insurance company contacted them, and made sure all of my medications were paid for, I go to get my rescue inhaler….NO it is not on the list you have to pay for the inhaler. It was on the list last month, so what happened? I will tell you, these people are incompetent. They said they will contact my Dr…. ok what part of rescue inhaler don’t you understand? My nebulizer is fried and until I get to a Dr. I cant get another one. I need that inhaler it’s not like I’m trying to get pain pills etc, it is an INHALER something I need to breathe.

I am sick and have to have a covid test. I make an appointment and come to a drive thru across town at my scheduled appointment time. There are 8 cars in front of me. Realize I didn’t want to get out of bed, but did because I just assumed an appointment meant in and out. Don’t put sick people in this position.

A week ago I waited at the drive thru for 57 minutes and just drove off still 3 cars in front of me. Today I called them 15 minutes before they picked up the call I’ll be moving my rx to Walgreens today. The store is good, the pharmacy has the poorest customer service in town.
