I recently visited Rudy’s with my wife to pick up her guitar after Rudy’s had performed a set-up on it – she BTW is very pleased with the work they performed. I wasn’t there necessarily to shop for a guitar as I intended to buy one soon enough but at another store I had recently visited. However, I was very impressed with their selection and ended up buying the perfect guitar for me – a Martin OM21, in part because of the outstanding knowledge and professionalism of the store manager who was instrumental in me making the right choice. My wife and I will continue to shop at Rudy’s for all of our guitar needs. It’s a great store, with great people, and I highly recommend it to anyone with an interest in guitars!

‘Genuine & Sincere’ are the two words that best describe Stephanie and Rudy at Rudy’s Music.I recently bought a vintage Martin guitar from Rudy’s Music in Scarsdale sight unseen, partly because of Stephanie’s truthful description of the tone of this instrument. Buying a guitar without first playing it can be risky business! Throughout the process of buying it, shipping it 3,000 miles, playing it, and communicating with Rudy’s music afterward, they only ever had two things in mind: making sure the guitar made it safely and making sure I was pleased with the experience.Since we will only ever be ‘stewards’ of these beautiful vintage instruments (because they will surely out-live each of us) how could a customer ask for anything more than making sure the instrument’s health and well-being was the top priority? I recommend Rudy’s Music for anyone who is on a journey to find a stringed instrument that will bring them joy every single day. Thank you Stephanie and Rudy!
