I have been going to this particular convenience store for many years, and have always been greeted with a friendly hello. This was not the case tonight. I walked into the store at 9:47pm, the store closes at 10, and was immediately welcomed with a “You know we ‘bout to close?” and a “ Your wiping your feet all over the mat I just cleaned.”. As I was leaving at 9:49pm another customer tried to enter and was turned away with a “We’re closed” and a wave of the hand. If you close at 10, then close at 10. I have worked customer service and if this worker was my employee, I would fire her. She cost the store money tonight because I felt rushed and she turned away a customer. I will never set foot in this store again!
