I dont have a picture of my car to post right now, but if I did I would. I live in Haines, and I am the Head Teacher/Principal in Klukwan. A couple of days ago my truck blew up, and I was frustrated, knowing that I would have to go through the buying experience that is usually unpleasant, in my experience.JM Auto is different. They put their customers first in every way. I know that is a cliche, but it is true—they met me, answered all my questions, made sure that a transaction that was tricky happened fast, and took car of getting the paperwork done for the insurance, registration, financing, and shipping via ferry in an incredibly efficient manner.I couldn’t believe how fast it was, and pleasant.I would give 6 stars, (if I could) they are that good. I trust them completely, and JM Auto will be the first place that I shop for any vehicles in the future. I trust these business women 100%.
