I have lost 5 of my charm bracelets and have taken my charm bracelet back multiple times because they do not know how to put charms on correctly. Now I drive 30 minutes to midland to get my charms done. Extremely disappointed. Staff is not very knowledgeable and definitely need a change or they’ll lose customers.
