Go here all the time and have no problems, however make sure if you’re getting a COVID-19 test you arrive AT LEAST 30 minutes prior. In the information I received after scheduling my test there was nothing about this or that they would cancel my appointment after 30 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes prior and waited in line until minutes after my grace period had ended, so I wasn’t able to get a test. I booked a test at another CVS and there was still no information about cancelling after 30 minutes. It was very frustrating and I don’t want anyone else to experience this especially since tests are in such high demand right now. Stay safe!

I was helped by the cashier named Noel and I must say the service I received was EXCEPTIONAL! She was friendly, informative and upsold me on a CVS reward plan no one had offered me before. I’m giving this one less star because any other experience I’ve had has been less than great.

Spoke to a mgr (Riley) on the phone trying to understand why I couldn’t get my prescription filled when a different pharmacist there said I could. He didn’t seem to really care and hung up on me. Reported it to corporate. Hope no one ever has to go through what I went through. Never had an issue with all other pharmacist. From the beginning of call He was plain rude. My doctors are working in getting me the prescription if not going to a different pharmacy unfortunately.
