Management was great, we had a roommate issue (had randomly assigned roommate and my two other roommates and I did not like her, she was rude, and her boyfriend was living with her) all of our parents called management and they had us moved into a three bedroom apartment within two days, they were very accommodating with our situation. Package pick up was quick and easy. That being said, DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want to hear your neighbors conversations(yes I could hear my neighbors talking to each other while in my room and they were not even yelling), music, and constant moving around above you. Our apartment was in the tower building on the third floor and we could literally hear EVERYTHING even people walking around outside, the train, and cars driving by outside, the walls are very very thin. Both hillside pools were closed the entire year I lived here.

Just got moved into Park West in College Station. We visited several properties before selecting Park West and this property has every ammentity that a student could possibly need. Moving into the complex was very efficient and the friendly staff was exceptionally accommodating.

Rooms are well sized, and utilities that are all included work wonderfully. Maintenance came quickly and is covered by the apartment with great service. Amenities are all top tier, and the rooftop pool is one of my favorite places to do work or hangout at. The gyms are always clean and well maintained, usually never too crowded since there are three different ones. Management is also very nice to deal with, and they answer quickly whenever you need help with your lease or anything else! Love how close they are to campus as well, I never had to drive or walk myself because there were many different buses that could take me there.
