I came in just wanting to set up a line, no questions asked. The manager, Jordan, without even asking me instantly told me that because I just wanted to set up a new line he wasn’t going to throw promotions at me or anything like the sorts but suggested to me a new device. Since my phone had been acting up, I asked Jordan to elaborate. Not only did he fully explain to me the initial process, but he reviewed with me: the initial bill, what I should expect, policies and procedures for trade-ins, plans and other services offered by AT&T either by customer tier or in general; he was completely transparent with me and made me feel comfortable becoming a new and hopefully long-lasting client for AT&T. Jordan’s attitude and personality instantly struck my good side, as I’ve never met a rep with his pep. I commend Jordan on this day (11/08/2020) for his exemplary commitment to helping not only me but all customers that were present at the time.
