Part 2 after facing difficulties on my first visit I decided to contact the general manager by the name of Phil Yaeger.I explained to Mr. Yeager that I did prefer Nissan, to Mazda, which was the second dealership that I consulted.As a first time Nissan Sentra owner, I have kept my oil changed, and never had a reason to contact service or repair.So even though I was approved with Mazda I returned to ask GM Yaeger,If he would look over my paperwork and help a faithful customer trade in her 2017 NissanSentra for a 2019 Sentra.He was pleased to assist me and as of this moment I haven’t heard the end result…but I do appreciate him taking the time to check on the upgrade!He made me feel as though his dealership listens and cares about the customer.

Normally I have a short wait, but this time my appt. was at 1:00 and they dos not even take my car back till 2:30. They also were not able to do everything I needed done so I had to make another appointment. Everyone is always nice though. Just need to be better at getting you back on your appt. time.
