I stopped by on my way back to the cruise ship to look at their selection of watches which included Frank Muller, Brietling, and Oris. The guys there were very knowledgeable and we chatted for awhile. Though I wasn’t interested they were still gracious and showed me a couple watches and most importantly, never pressured me at all. Don’t worry about dropping in to look at watches. Just nice guys back there.

We had an amazing experience working with Kris at Princess World Jeweler! Not that visiting Alaska wasn’t special enough, my husband surprised me with a beautiful diamond ring for our 15 wedding anniversary. Kris went above and beyond, ensuring everything was perfect, especially given our short time we had at port. He gave us an appraisal and reviewed the important three C’s with us…color, cut, and clarity. A second appraisal was done was we got back to North Carolina (just as a precautionary, he told us to) and the ring was everything they said it was and appraised exactly the same. I have gotten so many compliments on it. Thank you for such a great experience and the best souvenir I could have brought back from Alaska!!

I purchased an 8 emerald stone ring this past June in Skagway, Alaska. Princess had not only resized the ring while I waited, but also appraised it. When I returned home, I had the ring inspected by a local jeweler to be told one of the emerald stones was cracked and had been glued to the ring itself. I contacted Princess Jewelers and was told they would repair for free. Upon receiving the ring back, they had replaced with a stone with a large very noticeable flaw in the center – so, I sent it back again. I have since requested a full refund of purchase price and shipping costs. No response in the past few days. Very disappointed with my shopping experience with Princess. 🙁
