Habitat for humanity is the only organization doing something in the City of Newburgh (and other places) to revitalize and stabilize the housing community. They are absolutely the best people to work with. My wife and I started 7 years ago helping them. We were so impressed that I got my two adult children involved and numerous friends. There friendship is contagious and once you meet the people working there you will clearly understand what I’m saying.

They take donations monetary as well as clothing and definitely if you have time to give as well they’re breathing new life back into for everyone

This is a wonderful organization. I have been involved since the early 2000’s both as a volunteer and board member. I recommend this to anyone with a desire to return to the community the benefits received from God in their own lives.
