Possibly the worst customer service woman I’ve ever encountered. Their 45 dollar discount through the promotion doesn’t go to your email so you better say so otherwise they will tell you. You should have told before hand. Had to go around the lady for service from a manager to get my discount. She replied they have a problem that and I said the other lady should have told that to me. And that’s when the riude lady interrupted not even knowing what our conversation was about and said No you should have told me!. I told her to shut for a second. And she said no you shut up. The manager abruptly made her apologize to me. Situation handled nicely in the end.
