I placed an order online for a washer I had previously checked out. I originally had opted to have it delivered and installed but they didn’t have anything available until May. Best Buy made it easy to change it from delivery to pickup. It took a about 4 days to arrive to my nearest location. The whole process was very easy and pleasant. Overall it was a great experience. Well definitely be back again.

The staff at this location was very accommodating and helpful but there was one employee who went above and beyond to give us the experience all customers should have. ANDREA! She was excellent in helping us and we eventually found the perfect TV for our home. She also helped us get a Nest for our home along with other accessories.
