Horrible customer service. Paid $13 each for balloons and they were tied in correctly. Pull them out of the car and all I have are strings and no balloons. The balloons blue away. Call and talk to the manager and they tell me there’s nothing they can do. Would never go back to this location again. Talk to another party city location and they said they absolutely should have refunded my money.

Bad experience…three of the 4 items that i wanted the didn’t have it. Picked up my 50th birthday balloons someone in tbe store didn’t do the job well and the balloon flew free from the other number.. Very sad and embarrassing.
