I tried to get my flu shot and they turn us aways 20 minutes before they closed, the pharmacy’s woman didn’t even acknowledged us for 10 minutes waiting, after that she just told us to come back the next day. The manager didn’t care about our complaint neither. Worst customer service ever.

The CVS in cottondale was very helpful to me yesterday when I went in to pick up my prescriptions. I had been up all night with a stomach bug, and was ready to go home and sleep it off. The pharmacist Isaac was VERY friendly and quick to check my prescription for me. The techs were also friendly as well! Will definitely be returning to this pharmacy.
