I have used them a couple of times over the years having 2 kids in band but as soon as I get my Saxophone back I won’t use them again, first it was 3 weeks I called at 4 weeks Oh a couple more days it looks like I called again at 5 weeks Looks like a couple more days… Shame too as we have the back up sax that needs service once we get this one back. Can anyone recommend a good instrument repair place?

We went to our local music store because we like to support local businesses. However, the man behind the counter was more interested in notifying customers of their orders or repairs than helping new walk-in customers.The clerk was rather rude and seemed annoyed that we were bothering him. He was preoccupied with some store project of unloading an orchestra load of instruments from a van at the front door.There was no Aircon on and it was hot and uncomfortable inside. We felt very UNWELCOME.It’s sad because they were a friendlier store at their old location. However, we can no longer recommend this store.
