Carlos is a fantastic customer service employee. He was ready for me the moment I walked in, took me through the steps to update my SIM card and switch devices, and cheerfully answered all my questions. He clearly knew a lot about Android devices and even clued me in about the right app to use so that I could switch phones with ease.It was easily the best visit to AT&T I’ve ever had and I felt like a valued customer.

I came into the store because I was having trouble with a new at&t tv box not recognizing the Wi-Fi at my house, or come to find out, at the store itself. The manager (Javier Nieves) did an over-the-top, outstanding job. His customer service skills are far above that of any service personnel I have ever encountered.

Worst customer services ever. The salesman came in my home when i asked for internet and said they would payoff my verizon bill but never did. Customer service said the saleman lied and stole my phone and theres nothing they can do about it.
