We had a great experience. Needed quite a few things, especially lumber. My husband and I were not physically able today to pick it up ourselves. An associate, Rod, helped go through the lumber, loaded it on the cart and then loaded it onto our truck. He was a very pleasant young man.

We had some left over plumbing supplies that were bought in Oxford on 3/14/21 and I tried to return them at McClellan on 3/16 for a refund because McClellan was closer to me.The cashier AND manager told me that some items could not be refunded because their stock numbers were different than the Oxford store and they were bought in Oxford. When I took them to the Oxford store on 3/17 for a refund they refunded my card and said that McClellan should have been able to refund me without any problems……someone should be looking in the mirror to see if their nose is growing…. And on a side note….Darla in Plumbing at Oxford is THE BOMB!!!!! Her customer service skills are top notch and she knows her plumbing!!
