I’d leave no stars if I could. This business had my vehicle nearly two months, and after a list of excuses from them, I finally went and picked it up. Absolutely nothing had been done. Nothing. No communication throughout the ordeal was made by the shop, without me having to track them down through Oreillys and paying people to go ask when it would be done. Ray always lied and lied, saying it would be done “next week”. Apparently, as I learned from the neighbors on arriving and no one being at the shop, this business has been passed to the son from the father. The father was amazing and knew his business. This new keeper, I won’t call him a business man, is absolutely worthless. No stars. No stars at all. I picked up without paying a dime, which was fine with him, because no work had been done. Absolutely disgusting.

Critical: Professionalism Years ago my husband and I took our vehicles there a lot. The dad of the owner now was professional and reliable. My friend took his car with minor damage and it has been there 5 months!! It’s excuses every time he goes there. I would NEVER take my vehicle to him or refer him to anyone !!!
