Employees like Justin W are the reason I will continue to visit Lowe’s in garland for all my home improvement needs. Went to Home Depot to return an item the wife bought and get parts to repair our sliding glass door (one stop shop). Stood in the isle for 15 minutes searching for someone to ask where a part was. No one was to be found. Three people standing upfront talking and they seamed bothered that I interrupted there personal conversation to ask for help. I asked if they had a part and they followed by telling me it does not exist despite it being on there website just not in store. Gave up and went to my trusty Lowe’s. From the moment I hit the lock isle, Justin W. promptly asked if I needed help followed by telling me that despite the part not being in stock he could help. He was able to quickly re-key our Cylinder lock. While I could have easily ordered this part on Amazon or the Lowe’s website for $8, Justin W went above an beyond to remind me the value of of exceptional customer service and the pride in work and precetion of their customer base that employees have at Lowe’s. Keep up the great work and I hope Justin’s manager sees this. We have quite a few big projects planed for this year and Lowe’s will be my store! Please note this was not my first experience at Lowe’s and Home Depot with the same pore customer service at Home Depot and exceptional customer service at Lowe’s in garland.

Good selection, good deals. Lots of brand name products for your home needs. Returns are easy and painless. Their garden center is great. They offer lots of solid choices for your back yard project. Good place to shop. Stores are clean and organized. Thumbs up!
