If this is the one on Cooper then I have to give it a 3 because there was not much customer service going on. The one person that asked me if he could help me find something was very adamant about not having the item that I told him was what I was trying to find. Of course, I ignored him, went to a different aisle and then found what I was looking for. Still don’t understand why he said they didn’t have it. Later, when I tried to get some info from another young man I was ignored. There were some other issues but I don’t have time to go into them. Just know that although it is a slightly longer distance away from my home, I will probably go to the Home Depot in Mansfield where I typically get better service.

Went in 3 weeks ago to order oven and vent a hood. I was passed to three different people who didn’t work in the department and had no clue how to order or set up delivery. After 45 min, I placed my order with Kevin ( the kindest soul in the whole store). The man that “helped” after Kevin assured me that both would be installed. Ventahood came, and was dropped off in a box on my porch. So excited to get the oven on May 1…. but wait. I called to get a time frame of delivery and to my surprise, what I ordered 3 weeks ago is now on back order and will arrive in 3 more weeks!!! I was told “someone tried to call you yesterday.” I have no missed call or messages. I spoke to Nathan ( manager) asking about what could be done to expedite my delivery, and he actually hung up on me!!! Moral of the story: don’t do business here. I’m sure you will find better customer service elsewhere. Kevin… you are a gem!

I hope Home Depot Corporate sees this. You have a gentleman in appliances named Alexander. I have never had such a pleasant and informative experience at a Home Depot as I did yesterday, or anywhere for that matter. I went in having done a fair bit or research and thought I already had all the answers about purchasing a Washer and Dryer (even though my washer/dryer is 14 years old), and boy was I wrong. Alexander was the MOST informative employee I’ve ever met across all my retail experiences. His scope of skill and expertise far outweighs his title. If Home Depot (heck any store) hired more people like him, I don’t think they would ever get a negative review. I truly appreciate the care I received so that I was able to make a truly informed decision.
