Yesterday an employee at the store ordered a warranty replacement for my phone. After looking the phone over he said since the phone is in good shape I can submit a warranty claim for you and it will only be 5 dollars to replace. Fast forward to today at around 5:30 when I go to pick it up, two different associates look the phone over again after making me wait 20 minutes to check in the freight only to tell me the phone was damaged and they couldn’t give me the phone that they ordered for me yesterday. This is the second time I drove 45 minutes one way to this store to sort this defective phone situation out. I’ve had phones that were in way worse shape that I was able to get the warranty on. This was a huge waste of my time and money. Now it cost me $100 to replace the phone through an ensurance claim. That would have been fine if I knew yesterday and could have gone through that process and received my phone but now I gotta wait 3 business days to get a phone. The way this was handled was very unprofessional they need to honor the condition of the phone as its assessed by the initial employee inspection rather than wasting my time for a mistake their employee apparently made, this phone sat in my glove box unmoved in an otterbox case from the moment I left the store yesterday to the time it was reevaluated absolutely nothing changed about the phones condition. I’ve attached 2 pics of the phone in question.

First store I went to could not get waited on they was trying to solve other people’s issues as when I call cousterm service was hard to work with the second store very fast in and out I dropped t mobile and sprint when they went to gathers service went down hill
