This location is awful. The staff members are a bunch of kids and they have trouble communicating.The prices are terrible for a bunch of used clothes from carters or target that they price for pretty much what it was new. Every experience I have had I was not impressed. This post is all negative but I am just amazed at the lack of customer service from the staff and the business. I still have credit left so once it is used I am unfortunately not going back which is disappointing because I love resale shops.

I LOVE this store! It’s so easy to take the clothes and toys that my children outgrow, sell them to Once Upon a Child for store credit and get them all new stuff! The employees are always super nice and very helpful. The store is always so organized and clean, and the selection of clothes and shoes is mind boggling! I am always recommending this store to everyone I meet!
