Ray (at store 104) went above and beyond helping me and my dad with a tiling project. Not only did he assist us in design concepts, but he also provided us with a 2-3 hour individual lesson on the basics of tiling. He instructed us in the safe use of the tools needed, taught us the process step by step, and then allowed us to practice these skills. Ray is extremely knowledgeable and provides an outstanding service to his clients. We feel so much more confident in our home project and are so excited to see the final product!
