They are just very unhelpful. Their customer service is cold at best. They most definitely don’t go the extra mile to help you find ways to afford your prescriptions. It’s just ridiculous.

(ZERO STAR for customer service) – Today 4/9/2021, at 4:20PM, I called in this pharmacy (I has been this pharmacy’s customer for a long time) to check my prescription, a Lady told me they did not have information of my medical Insurance at that store, I told her I was their customer for a long time with my insurance (last month I still picked up my prescription from there). She still said there was no information of my insurance in CVS system, I asked her I needed to talk to her supervisor, SHE SAID NOTHING AND HANG UP THE PHONE. It was very rude!!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had in my life zero stars if it was an option I have prescriptions I’m required to take and my cvs is out of stock so I call this one and they Absolutely refused to help me they wouldn’t transfer my prescription from my cvs to this one because they aren’t allowed to do that yet I call another cvs right after and they tell me no problem and fill it
